1. How to I order?
Just send me an email at chagomago @ gmail . com (without spaces) with the following details:

Payment method: CIMB/MAYBANK/PAYPAL (there would be a 5% charge on paypal service)
I will then reply within 24 hrs with the payment details.
2. Can I get custom orders from you?
Yes you can. I can custom Diaper covers or Cloth diapers for you with the selected fabrics that is available in my e-store (not available yet at this moment). Pricing differs and depends on the fabric used (Imported designer fabrics vs Local Fabrics)
3. Shipping Rates?
Local Orders:
There would be based on actual shipping rates by Pos Malaysia Nationwide. If you are purchasing 1 to 2 diaper covers, I would be able to fit them into a Pos Express Envelope which would cost RM5.00.
You can opt for cheaper shipping method which is by Registered Pos. This would take up 7 to 14 working days to arrive, in our experience, it takes about 1 week.
International Orders:
I would ship by Registered mail (cheaper option) which comes with a tracking number. It is your responsibility to insure it. If you would like to have it posted over by EMS/Poslaju International, we will quote you accordingly. I am not responsible for any tax fee that is charged when items reach to your country.
4. Lead Time:
I am a mother of an adorable yet very demanding son, and a wife to a demanding and loving husband too :) If you would like custom orders to be done for you, send me an email and we can discuss from there. I would more or less know how long it would take for me to get your orders done by the amount of other custom orders that I have,
5. Product info: Are covers waterproof?
These covers are made out of fleece. The newer versions will have a waterproof baking layer that would turn covers in waterproof covers, while the first sew that I have posted up in this blog would be 100% fleece on the inside. Covers from the earlier batch will come with a layer of fleece+waterproof backing liner to give that extra protection on preventing leaks yet still leaving the cover to be as breathable as ever.
6. Return policy:
Once delivered, considered sold. Damages that occurs during delivery will not be my responsibility and should be sorted out with the post office. Please read our product info carefully to know what you are buying. If items has defects on them, it will be stated no matter how tiny the defect is and price will be reduced.
